We are very aware about the concerns of some guests about the effect of the Coronavirus, COVID-19, on the CMJ UK Conference and we are deep in prayer about this. We ask that you would please stand with us in prayer too.
The great news is that we are diligently working hard to still bring Conference to you this July whilst continuing to monitor the latest government advice. We do not intend to cancel Conference unless directed to by the Government and currently all the CCT Conference Centres are still open for business. Final payments are not due until the end of April 2020 and we will continue to review the situation prior to the request for payment going out. We understand that CCT Conference Centres will refund deposits where guests do not meet their criteria for attending and as such we will also pass on those refunds in full.
We do advise you to keep in touch with latest government advice by looking at the guidelines given by the NHS and Public Health England websites. Should you feel that you need to cancel your place due to your own circumstances we will, of course, honour that decision.
Of course, we will keep monitoring the situation, and if any action is required, please be assured that we will follow the advice given to ensure the safety and comfort for our guests.
We would also ask you to join us in praying that while the nation lives in times of uncertainty, our Conference will continue to touch and impact lives. We have such a great theme in looking at Prophecy through the Bible – the 2020 Vision we all need.
Day visitor’s places will be reviewed at the end of April now, rather than the original review at the end of March.
We look forward to welcoming you to CMJ UK Conference 2020!
