REGISTERED CHARITY (UK) No. 228519

CMJ UK is intending to relocate its HQ from St Albans to the Nottingham area.  New purpose built offices are being established at Hexgreave Hall Business Park, Farnsfield, Nottinghamshire from 1st August 2008 and we are seeking to appoint two members of staff to manage the work of the Ministry in the UK.  Both posts require people who desire to work in a Jesus centred environment, have a commitment to Jewish ministry and who want to work as part of a supportive team.  Accommodation may be available to either of these post holders.

Post 1 – Supporter Care Manager

This full-time post requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills and wide experience of administration.  The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing  systems that ensures that CMJ offers first class up to date information to our supporters by responding in a professional way with efficiency and care.  The successful candidate will also be responsible for the effective operation of the HQ team and by providing excellent support to the Council.

Post 2 – Supporter Development Manager

This full-time post requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills who is able to think creatively and act efficiently.  The successful candidate will be required to encourage existing supporters and attract and retain new support from both individuals and churches.  They will be responsible for building up new contacts by organising an innovative programme of national and regional events.  They will be involved in the organisation of the Bicentenary programme and liaising with our Israel staff over the arrangements for regular deputations.
