CMJ Staff
There are many people in the CMJ UK Team who have an important role to play. These include the Leaders, the Council, the office staff and the army of volunteers who regularly give up their time to help out in whatever function they can.
We would like to introduce you to some of our team:
The Patron:
Bishop John Taylor
Bishop Taylor serves in an advisory role, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to CMJ UK.
Office Staff:
Rev Alex Jacob, CEO
Rev Alex Jacob has recently taken over as CEO of CMJ. He will be providing the leadership for HQ staff and ensuring the mission of CMJ UK continues to be fulfilled. He continues in his role as the Director of Advocacy, working with churches and clergy training establishments, to bring awareness of the Jewish roots of Christianity. He will be supported in this role by Dr. Sam Gordon, who will be serving CMJ in a part time role as a consultant for evangelism and as a member of CMJ Senior Management Team.
Alan Bowell, Finance Manager
Alan Bowell manages CMJ UK's finances, which supports work in both the UK and Israel.
Jane Moxon, Supporter Development Manager
Jane Moxon works to develop CMJ UK's supporter base and coordinates deputation tours from Israel throughout the UK.
Jacki Turney, Supporter Care Manager
Jacki Turney provides onsite support for operations at HQ, including managing all activities related to donors and caring for the needs of overnight visitors to Eagle Lodge, from around the UK and abroad.
Jen Robins, Young People's Worker
Jen is CMJ's Young People's Worker and heads up Big House, a ministry which seeks to encourage young people to discover more about the Jewish roots of their faith and to deepen their relationship with our amazing God. Read more about Jen's story here.
Steph Cottam, Conference & Website Manager
Steph works hard to ensure the CMJ Annual Conference runs smoothly. She is also responsible for updating and maintaining the CMJ Website and gives administrative support to the other members of the team.
